Straight answers about how we build software, how we bill, and how we protect your intellectual property.
What does 'Time and Material' billing actually mean?

It means you only pay for the exact hours our developers work. No massive upfront retainers, no padded agency contracts, and absolutely no hidden fees. We provide a detailed estimate during the free Discovery Phase, and then bill hourly as the work is completed.

Who owns the code?

You do. 100%. Once the project is paid for, all intellectual property, source code, and assets belong entirely to your company. We do not charge ongoing user licensing fees.

Do you outsource your development offshore?

Never. Every line of code is written by our full-time, W2 senior engineers based in West Michigan. We believe complex enterprise software requires direct, real-time communication without language barriers or 12-hour timezone delays.

What technologies do you specialize in?

We are technology agnostic but highly specialized. Our core stack usually involves React/TypeScript on the frontend, with Node.js, .NET/C#, and PostgreSQL/SQL Server on the backend. However, we choose the right tool for the specific business problem.

How do you handle legacy system migrations?

We use a meticulous parallel-sync approach. We build the new architecture alongside your old system, write custom ETL pipelines to clean the data, and run them side-by-side until the new system is verified. This ensures zero operational downtime.
